Pantera Negra concorre a três categorias, entre elas de Melhor Filme de Drama, indicação inédita para um filme de herói. Vice, drama estrelado por Christian Bale, lidera a lista de indicação. Outro destaque foi Nasce Uma Estrela, remake com Bradley Cooper e Lady Gaga, que encabeça as principais categorias.
