As indicações ao Critics Choice Awards para televisão estão aqui. Na segunda-feira, 18 de janeiro, a Critics Choice Association revelou os indicados para as categorias de televisão do 26º Critics Choice Awards, marcando o primeiro lote de indicações anunciadas para a cerimônia deste ano. Os indicados nas categorias de filmel serão revelados em 7 de fevereiro.
Os serviços de streaming mantiveram uma forte influência nas indicações para a TV este ano, com a Netflix recebendo 26 indicações e a HBO e HBO Max recebendo 24 indicações. FX foi o terceiro no topo da lista, com 14 indicações. The Crown e Ozark da Netflix receberam seis indicações cada. Lovecraft Country da HBO, Schitt’s Creek do Pop, What We Do in the Shadows do FX e Mrs. America do FX receberam cinco indicações cada, enquanto Better Call Saul da AMC e The Plot Against America da HBO receberam quatro.
A premiação anual será apresentada por Taye Diggs pela terceira vez consecutiva. O formato do evento será anunciado em breve, visto que as diretrizes de saúde e segurança são levadas em consideração em meio à pandemia de COVID-19 que segue em andamento.
